The Work-Integrated Learning C4 is a social lab, project-based program. This credential earner has successfully completed one, multi-disciplinary project. They have mastered the fundamentals required to evaluate, apply preliminary research-design, and co-develop a solution while applying their general project management, process engagement, project scoping and working in complex situations skills.
This credential earner has been immersed in a large-scale industry project. They applied & expanded their intellectual horizons, acquired insights into convergent, divergent & complementary modes of research-design, problem validation, identification & rectification, strategic thinking, analysis, & interdisciplinary integration. Through hands-on project execution, they demonstrated ability in task scheduling, prioritization, & a strong understanding of risk reduction in planning & intervention.
This credential earner has participated in the final level of the C4 Work-Integrated Learning. They operated as a project manager and in management capacity leading a team through a complex, multi-disciplinary industry project. They successfully applied disciplinary knowledge, knowledge transfer, and refined their leadership skills rooted in equity, inclusion, and commitment. They developed and applied strategies leading multi-disciplinary teams, negotiations, and facilitated complicated issues.
